The Exercise to Improve Vision Overview:

The Dot Exercise - You will need to find a period or comma on a page your reading and focus on making it clear. Stare until it is out of focus, more than likely after only a few seconds it will become fuzzy or blurry.
  • Relax your eyes. Close them to allow them to relax. Now you want to look again without straining;  Don't Stare! Your eyes should slowly move around the page, they need movement so avoid staring at the period. You also want to blink a bit.  Once you get your eyes relaxed, the period will be easier to see.

The Word Exercise -  Find a word which contains at least 5 letters. Stare at the word so all the letters are in view without moving your eyes.  Focus on that word to try and get the best image possible, but again the word will begin to get blurry or fuzzy.
  •  Again you want to relax your eyes. Close them for about a minute to allow them to relax. Now you want to look again without straining;  No Staring! Your eyes should slowly move around the page, they need movement so avoid staring at the word you picked. You also want to blink a bit.  Once you get your eyes relaxed, the period will be easier to see.
The Double Vision Exercise - This particular exercise is simple to do and is designed to get your eyes working together. You want to relax your eyes, calmly focus on a certain object (I would start with a larger object) and allow both eyes to focus together.

These simple exercises will take some time to get mastered, as they did with me.  There are many other exercise on how to improve your vision which you can try.  One exercise will always work better for one than the other!
