Eye Exercises To Improve Vision

Do you have problems with seeing objects or straining to read? Did you eyes start to water or get headaches after reading for a short period of time?

If you have a problem of constantly straining at objects or words you are trying to read. The words start running together and make it that much more difficult to read...Making you squint more and more. The straining is not good for your vision and will only make it more difficult to read or do your work as the years go by.

Below are three simple eye exercises to improve vision which can dramatically help your vision improve.
  • The Dot Exercise
  • The Word Exercise
  • The Double Vision Exercise

These exercises are simple to do, are quick and easy. They took some time to get use to because I was already having the issue of straining to read. I found that these exercises were teaching me techniques I could use to help me with how to relax my eyes more when I was looking at objects or words.

The trick is to relax your eyes. The eyes are always working, and believe it or not most people use only one eye to look at an object, and the other eye is does its own thing. By squinting helps bring the eyes together and focus on the same thing.

This will eventually worsen over time, the more you have to squint the harder the eye muscles need to work.

Allow your eyes to rest frequently and preform the exercises and see for your self how your vision will improve.
