Having a healthy diet and exercise are important to many people.  Having a healthy diet and exercising regularly will keep your body healthy for years to come? It is also never too late to start.  You can begin to change your diet and exercise more and more every day.  There are huge benefits from eating healthier; lower cholesterol, better heart, better mind and improve vision. Proper diet and exercise are vital parts of maintaining a healthy body. By maintaining a healthy body is a great way on how to improve vision naturally?

Healthy Foods, Healthy Vision:

Maintaining a healthy diet can include eating plenty of fruits, vegetables, proteins as well as dairy products. Try adding more fish to your diet. Fish is a excellent source of protein and it contain essential Omega-3 fatty acids which the body needs.  These acids are great for mental focus and a healthy brain. Dairy products are good too, but some types of dairy products tend to clog arteries, which can limit eye circulation.  Pasteurized and/or homogenized milk are dairy products which will clog arteries. Green vegetables like spinach, celery, and peppers are some of the better vegetables you can eat for improving vision. It is true; eating carrots will also keep you having good vision.

Feeling the need to splurge now and again is not necessarily a bad thing, but it does come with several disadvantages.  Eating too much processed and fried foods have been known to cause serious complications with your health and eye sight.  The food to stick with which provide nutrients your body craves and needs are Vitamins A, B, C, D, and E.  Treats such as raisins, pecans, liver, sunflower seeds and apricots are high in nutrients and healthy for you.

The body already comes equipped with its very own pH balance system, which will keep an equal amount of acids and alkaline in the system. Having too many or too much of these acids can cause uric crystals to develop around the skeletal joints causing arthritis. Another affect these acids have on the body are damage to the muscles around the eyes.  Eating fruits and vegetables will reduce the amount of acid in the body.  Grains and animal products increase the acids. Finding the perfect balance between the intake of fruits, vegetables and grains, animal meats is the goal you want to achieve.  Most people do not eat enough fruits and vegetables, so finding the balance should be started with there.

Finding a good mix between the foods you eat together helps the body break down foods and digest nutrients more properly.  Too many carbohydrates the body takes with protein, such as meat and potatoes, can be hard for the body to break down and leave the belly feeling like food is just sitting there. A good idea to have is mixing proteins with vegetables, like meat and a salad. If this is done, the body will have an easier time breaking the food down and allow the proper amount of nutrients to be absorbed.

When it comes to how to improve vision naturally; having a balanced diet paired with the right amounts of fruits, vegetables, grains and animal products will benefit your vision. Remember to eat healthy and exercise, your body and eyesight will thank you year after year.
